Modular indoor farms for Qatar's summer gap
We let Qatari growers produce premium herbs, microgreens and leafy greens through the summer. We will prove it first in our own reference farm in Doha.
Our seven-tier prototype module first grew crops in November 2024, under a TÜBİTAK R&D project.

Local supply in Qatar follows the seasons
Qatar targets 55% self-sufficiency in fresh strategic vegetables by 2030, up from 39% in 2024.
A seasonal gap in local supply
About 98% of the lettuce consumed in Qatar was imported, according to QDB data for 2020.
We will start with premium herbs, microgreens and leafy greens. This follows QDB's 2022 vertical-farming study, which points to the premium segment and to leafy greens.
Engineering developed under public R&D
Two TÜBİTAK industrial R&D projects and one KOSGEB R&D project covered our control software, CFD airflow design and LED grow lights.
Public grants to this work totalled about TRY 3.17 million between 2022 and 2025. All three projects were completed successfully. We have raised no external equity.
Measured yield, energy and water figures will be published with our next trial report.
A small first step, with the team in Doha
We plan a small, revenue-generating reference farm in Doha before we grow and equip other farms. Each step is tied to measured, documented milestones.
Our two founders will relocate to Doha. They will work full-time for the Qatar company for at least the first 24 months.
